Note: We make every effort to keep this list as accurate as we can for our larger health plans. Even so, it is possible that not every health plan and circumstance is addressed here. You can obtain the most accurate and timely information by calling your health plan or employer benefits department and confirming your coverage level when choosing a Camino Medical Group physician.

    Additional Information

Your health plan may have a specific process for seeing a specialist. Many health plans require your primary care physician to refer you to a specialist, while others allow you to self-refer. Before making an appointment with a specialist, please check with your health plan to ensure the visit will be covered.
